How does Seamless Creative facilitate the entire print process?
We’ll professionally manage the entire process for you from design, to working with the printer to oversee your job from start to finish and ensure your job is shipped to you with a tracking number.
When is payment due for my print job?
Full payment is required prior to any orders being sent to production. An order will not be processed under any circumstances before full payment has been made using a credit card, PayPal or check.
What is Seamless Creative's refund/reprint policy for print orders?
Most jobs print flawlessly, however sometimes printer mistakes do happen. If you are unsatisfied with the print quality of your job for any reason please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 720-375-6700 within 3 business days of receiving the order. We will work to make it right by getting you a free reprint or a full-refund.
What is the difference between digital and offset printing?
Both types of printing produce print products that are extremely high in quality and fit for professional quality printing for businesses. Digital printing is more affordable and can provide faster turnaround time due to the setup process of the equipment. Offset presses can provide certain color controls that are superior to digital printing. For example, printing Pantone colors (a color management system) is more precise on offset presses because they actually use Pantone ink.
Are rush jobs available?
Yes, most print jobs (not including offset printing) can be put on an expedited timeline. Please inquire about pricing associated with this option.
Are all print jobs shipped for free?
All standard print jobs are shipped for free, usually by UPS Ground. Additional shipping charges may be required depending on quantities and special materials. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge depending on how soon you need your print job.
Do you guarantee color matching?
While all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure color accuracy, Seamless Creative does not guarantee that an exact color match will occur with the Client’s artwork, imaging, files, or printed materials, including reorders, due to the inherent variations in the printing process. There is a 10% color shift that may occur due to press calibrations in printing, and color may shift during the course of a single press run or between separate runs. If exact color matching is a priority for your print job please consider offset printing, although more expensive, it will produce closer-to-intended results.
Seamless Creative also cannot guarantee color matching a preview or sample as it appears on a Client’s monitor, as we cannot compensate for individual display color variances. It is highly recommended that all designs and files be created in a CMYK color format in order to decrease the likelihood of color shifts occurring, if a conversion from RGB to CMYK is necessary. It is possible to convert an RGB file into CMYK if the Client is unable to provide one; however, many of the colors in RGB are not reproducible in a CMYK format, and Seamless Creative does not guarantee any color accuracy when doing such a conversion.
